Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer International shipping at this time. Stay tuned for future updates.

What if my candle arrived cracked or damaged?

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE CANDLES

In the event that we made an error or your items arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and will gladly replace them. Send an email to latanya@m2lbl.com with your order number and details of the damaged or defective candle and we will replace it for you at no cost to you. 

Can I cancel my order?

We totally understand, we also change our minds from time to time. As much as we would like to be able to change or cancel an order once it has been placed, we are unable to do so at this time. It is our hope that we will be able to offer a cancellation window one day.

In the event that the item(s) does not meet your expectations, please exchange for a signature scent more your style.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible, but since many of our candles are hand poured especially for you, we promise to ship your order within 5 - 7 business days. Please contact us if you require your order to be delivered sooner and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
